Welcome to Wild Flours; a family-run gluten free bakery in the Southside of Glasgow.
Wild Flours was established in 2013 by mother and son team, Anne and Calum. Working from their domestic kitchen for 4 years, Wild Flours provided home made, gluten free baking to coffee shop, cafes and restaurants across Glasgow. During this time Wild Flours won an award for the Best Bakery in South West Scotland. After a lengthy search for the ideal premises, Wild Flours for their new home at the end of 2016. Doors opened in February and Wild Flours bakery is delighted to be able to now sell its products directly to the public.
We're not just a bakery to drop by and pick up a wee box of delicious cakes - we're a destination to hang out and spend some time. We have beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas - and our garden area is dog friendly too. So bring the team down as we'd love to welcome you in to our wee bakery!

Cakes, Biscuits & Pastries
At Wild Flours we pride ourselves on producing an ever expanding and improving range of sweet treats (we like to try new things over the weekends!). However, we also stay true to our favourites and these are available all through the week. No matter when you visit Wild Flours, there will always be something to take your fancy!
We make everything from lemon drizzle to empire biscuits to pecan pie, cheesecakes and our very own muffin range. It might take more than one visit to sample the lot...
We make fresh bread every Thursday and Saturday! We'd love to bake it everyday, but due to a lack of demand we aren't able to. We recommend pre-ordering to avoid disappointment - you can do this by call (0141 811 0441), text (07377061437) or dropping us a message on Facebook.
Our favourite loaf is our white oat loaf that is both gluten and lactose free. This bread is particularly good for sandwiches! We also make a toastie bread, which.... is perfect for toast and toasties.
Different breads ask for different flour blends. We've spent years developing these blends and most commonly use;
White & Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca, Potato Starch, Sorghum, Millet, Oat.
Hot Food & Drinks
To keep inline with our high quality of products, we serve Dear Green coffee, made by our highly trained baristas. If coffee isn't your thing we also have a variety of teas (including fruit & herbal!). If you fancy something a little colder we have a range of soft drinks and fruit juices.... in Summer we like to keep cool with our homemade raspberry iced tea. Perfect for those 'sunny' Glasgow days!
Beignets (pronounced ben'yays) are the Wild Flours speciality. A small, fried-to-order delight made famous by Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and declared the official doughnut of Louisiana in 1986. They're served in portions of 3 or 5 and come covered in icing sugar.
Beignets command respect. As such, we decided to dedicate one day every week to them. This day is known as Beignet Sunday. On this special day we add a little twist to our beloved beignets and give them their own menu. You'll find things like bacon & maple syrup, salted caramel and strawberries & cream. Paired with a Dear Green coffee you'll be hard-pressed to find something more satisfying in Glasgow... and they're no bad as a hangover cure either.
